Digital Mishap Technical Services has been around since 2005; Christopher Ruccius having already 10 years of experience at the time, saw a need for supporting technology for family and local communities, starting the business after high school to help him through college.
Heather Brown came to beautiful Colorado from Alabama bringing 30 years of experience with 15 years running Voyager Computing in Birmingham, Alabama; merging Digital Mishap and Voyager Computing allowed us to enhance the customer experience, providing the best possible service to our clients.
OwnerChristopher Ruccius has been working with technology since he was 6 years old; installing a Iomega SCSI card into a Compaq Deskpro 4000 was what hooked this kid with technology was fascinated at taking apart computers and building his own. He was about 10 years old when he purchased his own Compaq 2266 desktop PC from CompUSA had a Cyrix II MX processor. Through out his life he built computers for his friends and family and loved being able to build stuff others could use.
In 2005 when he graduated high school he realized that computer repair shops were charging way too much for the service performed so he started offering his services to friends of friends and family and his help spread through word of mouth.
Heather Brown is a genius when it comes to hardware. Heather possess over 30 years of experience with computers starting back in the early 1980’s.
